Returns and exchanges apply only to products that are available and listed on our website. Special orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

For exchanges or returns requested due to sizing, fit, or customer preference, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return and the shipment of the replacement item.

If a return or exchange is required due to an error on our part (incorrect item shipped) or a verified manufacturing defect, Kicks Files will cover all shipping costs.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the exchange or refund if it meets the requirements above.
